Jay at Cable-Tech is an absolute wizard at electronics. Whether your circumstances require a small quick solution, or a larger than life enterprise solution, Cable-Tech will have the answer, and get the job done in a timely manner.
Jay was responsible for the complete multimedia install at Katz Bar & Eatery, which is a brand new restaurant in Burlington Ontario. This included
40 HD flat screens, connected to an advance HD switching system, with 6 satellites, an 18 speaker surround sound system, multiple amplifiers, limiters, and processors. The install is flawless and looks immaculate.
Jay was also involved in installing, and maintaining, all sound and lighting at aBUV nightclub from 2009 to 2012. This included a $20,000 laser and light show, with a $50,000 sound system. He was also involved with maintaining Burlington Philthy McNasty’s HD flat screen system, sound, and projectors, which spanned a massive 13,000 sq. ft. building.

I’m in the real estate profession and Jay was referred to me by a client. We were looking for an entertainment system (TV, speakers etc..) that was good quality, affordable and most importantly easy to use. Jay was amazing! He got back to me right way after I initially contacted him. He came out to assess our needs and recommend a system that would work for us. He asked us a lot of questions and didn’t try to sell us the most expensive system. He was focused on matching the entertainment system to our lifestyle and specific needs. I really respect that as it demonstrates integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He was organized, efficient, professional and extremely helpful. What most impressed me was the follow-up service. As with any new system we had a couple of minor issues and Jay answered our e-mails right away (even while on holidays) to help us quickly resolve it. He also came back out to the house free of charge to adjust one item. There are many providers of entertainment systems but not everyone has the patience, expertise, friendly disposition and strong work ethic that Jay does. I would refer Jay and CableTech to clients, friends, family and colleagues without any hesitation. Thanks so much Jay and thanks to AJ as well…he was awesome!
When I was looking for a reliable company to connect my home theatre and Xbox for my daughter ,I decided as usual to go to home Stars .I called about
6 companies for this job and they all got answering machine except Jay from Cable-Tech A/V answered .I was very impressed and happy for the great job they did in my house. they were on time ,clean and professional .Their quotation was very good .I highly recommend this company for any Audio work and for good price.
